About Us

Hull and East Riding Breast Friends (known as HER Breast Friends) is a registered charity serving local people affected by Breast Cancer.  Its membership consists of those who have had a diagnosis of Breast Cancer, and also friends, family and colleagues of those affected and who also share our aims. 

We are a pro-active charity at the heart of our community working at ‘grassroots’ level supporting people on a day-to-day basis in a practical way.

HER Breast Friends is a local organisation that isn’t just about support but inspires and encourages, and really does make a difference by promoting a positive approach to living with Breast Cancer.  We are a committed group of people who use our own experience, alongside professional expertise, to help local people in difficult times to improve their quality of life.
